Store Policy

All our products are grown in a controlled environment with Love, Light and Altitude (approximately 8200ft elevation in the Rocky Mountains of Colorado)!  We grow hydroponically, indoors using all organic ingredients when possible.  Most items are cut live and placed directly into containers, although we may rinse the Sunflower shoots to help remove the remaining seed hulls.  We suggest you immediately refrigerate all cut microgreens to ensure their freshness.  Microgreens are best (freshest taste and most nutritious) when consumed right away, but will keep when properly refrigerated for a week or so.
