Taste ~ An oriental mustard with a stronger mustard bite than other oriental mustards.   Hot and strong spicy mustard, horseradish, wasabi type flavor.
 
Nutrition ~ The mustard microgreens are full of nutrition and have a high content of Vitamins A, B6, C, E, and K. They are also containing antioxidants and high in carbohydrates, protein, fiber, folate, calcium, iron and sodium.
 
Culinary ~ Makes a great choice for sandwiches or garnishes. Seafood entrées and seafood appetizers such as sushi dishes especially pair well with this green. Enhance mixed green salads. Works deliciously drizzled with white truffle oil and served with lamb.
