Microgreens powder is made from freshly harvested microgreens which are then dehydrated on very low settings to retain vital nutrients.  The dried greens are then blended into a concentrated powder for use as a nutritional supplement.  One to Three scoops (1/2 tsp ea) added to any meal for a huge nutritional boost.  Can also be sprinkled on top as seasoning.  Approximately 15gms per package.
